Success Stories
Where the original site collected examples of audience-led brand work.
Success Stories was a primary navigation item on the archived site. The surviving homepage and service copy show what those stories were meant to demonstrate: market understanding translated into more relevant brand, retail and community decisions. Specific client results from this section have not been independently recovered, so none are presented as a verified outcome.
What a useful case would show
For an audience-led project, the important questions are which women were being heard, what the brand learned, what changed in the product or experience, and how the change was measured. The historical Services page identifies positioning, promotion, merchandising, supplier partnerships and community alliances as possible levers.
Follow the underlying work
Explore Leading Voices to see the representation question behind the site, then read About for its purpose. The Clippings section preserves the press and publications that were named on the homepage.
Reading a claimed success carefully
A convincing case study separates the situation before the work, the intervention and the result. It describes the source of the audience insight and avoids treating a quotation as proof of a broad market trend. When a number appears, the reader needs its period, denominator and method. Those are the standards this collection would apply before presenting a historic client outcome as verified. Until the original case materials are recovered, the section focuses on the method rather than inventing a client story.
