Essays and ideas from the historical 85% Niche collection.
The original blog explored women’s buying influence, representation and new technology. Its article titles and excerpts were present in the 2016 archive. This selection keeps the subjects and routes while leaving out market figures that would read as current without a dated source.
The About page explains the idea that ties these pieces together. Leading Voices adds the site’s listening and representation lens.
How to read the archive
The articles are dated pieces, not a live market data feed. Their useful value lies in the questions they ask about representation, purchasing decisions and brand relevance. When an older piece quotes a market figure, treat it as a claim from its publication period and look for a current primary source before reusing it.
